With your first purchase. Once your first order is paid, your profile automatically becomes a Member profile and you receive the Member's Paper Passport together with your tie.

The Member's Paper Passport, a Digital Passport for every tie purchased, the book Apologia della Cravatta with your first purchase, a lifetime 20% discount on all purchases after the first, and the Birthday Gift. You will find all the details in the Club Terms.

The discount is reserved for Members and applies to all purchases after the first, with no expiry. No code is needed: log in to your account and you will see your dedicated prices directly on the site; the discount is applied automatically in the cart and at checkout.

It is the document that accompanies every tie: it contains the tie's identification data, the story of the tie and its Brand, and two exclusive pairings. You browse it like an editorial volume, as a double page on a computer and a single page on a smartphone.

In your personal area, under My Digital Passports. You can also open them by scanning the QR code printed in your Paper Passport.

Only you. Each passport is linked to your account and is visible only after logging in. Anyone scanning the QR code must first log in with the owner's account.

The Member's Paper Passport is the document that certifies your membership of the Club, and you receive it only once, with your first purchase. The Digital Passport, instead, is one per tie and tells the story of each individual piece.

They are archive pieces selected from Luca D'Agostini's collection. Before entering the Club, every tie passes the Integrity Protocol: optical examination, regeneration with cold sanitisation and controlled steaming, and finally the Club's seal.

Every tie is a unique piece. Once purchased it is no longer available, and its passport passes to the new owner.

With your first purchase you receive Apologia della Cravatta by Luca D'Agostini, in print or as an ebook depending on the tie category chosen.

Every Member receives a tie selected by the curators as a gift. The gift is shipped within 365 days of the first purchase and, if your birthday falls within 30 days, it ships immediately. To receive it, enter your date of birth in your account and keep your shipping address up to date. Read the rules.

No password needed: enter your email and receive a one-time access code. On your first login we ask for your date of birth, which is required for the Birthday Gift.

Shipping is always included. In Italy, delivery takes 24/48 working hours from order confirmation, and you will receive an email with the tracking code.

At the moment we ship within Italy.

Yes, returns are free. You have 14 days from delivery to request one by writing to eshop@cravatteconpassaporto.com. The tie must be returned intact, in its original packaging; the refund is made to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
